Once you check this checkbox, an additional field will appear where you can enter a 'real' email address for replies.
If you don’t check this checkbox, your clients won’t be able to reply to the generic email address. However, if you check it and provide a real email address, you’ll be able to respond to your clients' inquiries.

I see... I thought this option allows me to define an auto reply answer like out of office ...
What's the need behind this? Since you can configure any email you'd like, let's identify the need and find a good solution
The need comes from a claim about a reply from a client to a complete email.
I'm not sure I understand the need, but if the client wants to reply to the complete email, you can do so by providing a valid email address
